At Work
If I can help and encourage each of my sales team members to deliver growth, the collective result is greater than anything I can deliver personally from my own sales (although I like to try and lead from the front)! That is my total focus at Webmart. Nothing gives me more pleasure at work than seeing the personal development of the sales team, especially as a result of training, process and initiatives introduced in conjunction with it to deliver results. To do this successfully, our clients are central to our behaviour.
At Play
Imagine if you can, a 6'5' footballer (apart from Crouchy) who, in his forties, is still playing Saturday league for the mighty Sutton Bonington FC, that skis, runs, drinks beer (and champagne if he can afford it) in large quantities, reads the lesson in church, is a father of two girls (both with season tickets to Leicester City), who likes fast cars and faster women (called Kate, who happens to be my wife), who loves travelling, eating out, having a thoroughly good night out and you've either got a sort of modern day James Hunt or yours truly!
