‘Go on then, so what does Webmart do that’s so different?’, we hear you cry!
Quite a bit, actually.
We have a little motto. It reads ‘If it does not add value to customers or suppliers, it is not worth doing’. For Webmart, value means emotional, financial and intellectual return for everyone involved. That can include anything from creating bespoke software that automates tedious tasks, to delivering surprise tubs of sweets to beleaguered accounts departments!
We also give just as much attention to our suppliers as we do our clients. We focus a huge amount of effort in building trusting and sustainable relationships with our suppliers. If we do that, then we’re all working towards a common goal. That means we offer a better level of service and sustainably low prices, meaning our customers, suppliers and Webmarteers win. A win-win-win is even better than win-win!
Furthermore, while we’re not exactly a cooperative, we try to do the right thing whilst we work. This includes sharing a proportion of our profits amongst the Webmart staff as well as with certain charitable organisations through The Webmart Charitable Trust.
So you see, there’s quite a bit that’s different about Webmart and if you share these values we’d really like to be working with you!
