2. you will be partnered with one of our Customer Service Team based typically at the nearest service centre to you (Barnsley, Bicester or East Kilbride). They manage the project from the order stage to final delivery, pro-actively working with you on file-formats, press-passes, delivery/media schedules etc. Our team has over 400 years of print management experience so you're in good hands!
3. you rank our service and our Print Sales Consultants work with you to define the best relationship going forward.

TACTICAL: we work with you on an ad-hoc basis. You give us an order, we project manage it & you use us again when you next need us. Simple.

STRATEGIC: once contracted we work with you, understanding your business needs & pro-actively interpreting them into cost-effective marketing communications to help deliver to your business as much new added value as possible.
