For the people who work at Webmart (we call them Webmarteers!) we commit to delivering 3 things for them - to maximise their intellectual, emotional and financial return.

Intellectually, we will challenge, nurture, invest in and "stretch" you as well as help you to make the best of your abilities to have the best career you can possibly want. In return, you will always focus on adding value both strictly within your role and as part of the entire business.

Financially, we measure the £ Added Value that an individual creates and pay them accordingly. This is then augmented by our range of bonus schemes, including our highly innovative and extremely attractive SEXi (profit-share) and SaleStar schemes. Yippee!

Emotionally, Webmarteers can help make the world a better place. We have always donated a percentage of our profits to charity, but since 2007 we have donated through The Webmart Charitable Trust, an independent registered charity whose aim is to maximise benefit from the Webmart SEXiLIFE Scheme. This charity pot is given to the community and the environment and in so doing we believe demonstrates to the world that Webmart is a great company to work for as every Webmarteer is actively encouraged to participate.
