The Wonderful World of Webmart is undergoing a period of systems transformation! Which means, if you’re an expert and experienced business analyst, we’ve got a fantastic opportunity for you.
What’s the Role?
Our new business analyst & tester will be involved in the end-to-end design, specifying, roll-out and support of our new systems.
First-off, that means you’ll be responsible for consulting with colleagues throughout the business to understand and document the business requirements that need to be reflected in our systems upgrades.
From that, you’ll create the functional and technical specifications that’ll allow our applications to be built or updated by our in-house software development team. You’ll assist with the planning of our projects; including project timeframes and the broader impact of projects across the business and other IT developments.
You’ll also be involved with testing software modules and defining, leading and instructing user acceptance testing (beta) with end-users. That’ll involve collating user feedback and ensuring the functional specification is adhered to and delivered.
Finally, you’ll be involved with training end-users and act as first-line support to all internal departments to help with effective and compliant use.
