Lithographic method of printing on rolls of paper to facilitate a high speed, continuous process.
Machinery comes in many formats that covers Newspapers, Books, Magazines, Catalogues, Direct Mail, and Retail Flyers.
Heatset Option:- method that allows immediate drying of the ink on coated papers, to enable folding and/or finishing on press for Commercial work.
Coldset Option:- no assisted drying, and more suited to uncoated papers, such as Newsprint.
Presses also come in a variety of sizes/formats to process Long Grain, Short Grain, Sheeted options and most are capable of printing in four colour process, with some having additional units to produce a 5th, 6th colour or to produce a varnished effect.
Web Offset is suitable for medium to long run work, typically 10,000 copies and upwards.

WEBMART® can organise print training to be as technical or as simple as required, in Web Offset, Gravure, sheetfed, digital and Point of Sale printing. We will tailor the training to clients needs and experience. The training will involve a process workshop, explaining the technical element of the chosen process, coupled with a factory tour demonstrating how a job would migrate through departments including administration, pre-press, printing, finishing and despatch and post production wash up.
