Customer Services Account Manager (Bicester)

As part of our ongoing growth plans, Webmart is looking for an account manager to join our customer services team.

Responsible for a number of our customers and reporting to the customer services director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • On-boarding new customers
  • Customer relationship management
  • Campaign management
  • Consulting on a customer’s requirements and profiling their needs
  • Preparing proposals and presenting to customers
  • Managing customer pricing
  • Overseeing all aspects of production including staff acting in support roles
  • Overseeing customer satisfaction and service levels
  • Preparing sales forecasts and meeting sales and operational targets
  • Supporting account directors on our contracted accounts

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional with consulting experience across one or more of the following print categories along with direct mail experience: marketing communications, point of sale and operational print.

Additionally, you need to be an outstanding communicator and to be able to demonstrate the ability to engage with customers at all levels to determine the best possible print management solution for the customer. Experience of cross selling and upselling is important. Travel and on-client-site activity may occasionally be required.

Reports to:  customer services director

Normal Working Hours:  45 Hours per week 8.30am to 5.30pm, including one hour for lunch

Holiday Entitlement:  25 Working days per annum pro rata

Probationary Period:  6 months

Package:  Competitive based on experience
