Jake’s one of the old timers at Webmart. After return from a spell teaching overseas he came in for an interview for a sales position in 2005 and he been here ever since!

Over that time he’s moved from sales into customer service and now heads up one of our 3 CS teams. The team look after a wide range of clients in different sectors so handle work from exhibition stands, POS for big retail launches, catalogues for book fairs or high volume DM campaigns – some of that work for clients that he started working with nearly 20 years ago!

Jake’s based in Bristol with his young family.

When he’s not giving his all to the World of Webmart you might find him coaching kids football or playing it himself.

And as if he can’t get enough of print he even develops and produces card games in his spare time too including one funded by a successful kickstarter campaign.
