Pavers, the shoe retailer based in York, is among the first brands in the UK to adopt climate positive postage through Enviromail.

This means that the carbon footprint generated by the distribution of Pavers’ mail campaigns is twice offset through several accredited schemes, making their campaigns climate positive.

Enviromail, our postage solution, has a double certified calculator which is used to calculate the carbon generated from the distribution of mail campaigns. This amount is then offset twice, on behalf of our customers for free.

On their latest campaign, Pavers offset over 2.5 tonnes of CO2e through Enviromail, with 1276kg being a net climate positive contribution.

Pavers’ postage through Enviromail is supporting initiatives globally, including native bamboo afforestation in Nicaragua, economy-stimulating wind energy in India and providing communities in Rwanda with clean cookstoves. These schemes benefit both the planet and the local communities.
