A quick summary
Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) contacted us to work with them on the production of their Christmas Gift Guide brochure printing & DM campaign. Their gift cards, which were displayed in the gift brochure, had 7 designs which accompanied a gold foil wallet and coloured envelope.
We created a range of mockups using a variety of stock weights and finishings and we also gave them options that kept costs to a minimum.
GOSH needed to ensure that everything fit together seamlessly – wanting to see mockups and samples prior to production to ensure the stock, finishing and imagery all worked well together.
How we achieved it
Prior to production quotes, multiple white mock ups were supplied to allow GOSH to choose which option they preferred. This gave them and us the opportunity to finely tweak the sizes of the cards and wallet as well as the paper stock.
We started with the wallet being on 250gsm gloss and the final version was printed on 330gsm uncoated with gold foil added. Similarly, with the cards, we started with 250gsm gloss and finished with 300gsm uncoated. We also worked with coloured envelopes supplied by GOSH as they worked out more economically viable.
These packs were sold via the brochure that was sent out in the DM and on the GOSH website to assist with fundraising efforts over the festive period. You can view the gifts here.
