The challenge

Wiltshire Farm Foods is a business that strives to make a real difference and puts its customers at the heart of its business.

Therefore, as many of its customers faced long periods of isolation and loneliness during the Coronavirus lockdown, the frozen food delivery service approached us looking for something to send its customers to keep them entertained during these long periods at home.

It was imperative that this was engaging, long lasting and could be turned around quickly.

How it was achieved

We suggested a puzzle book. Having produced millions of puzzle books over the years, we knew them to fit the brief and thanks to the depth of our supply chain, we knew we could get them produced quickly!

Working closely with another of our customers to provide the licensing for the puzzle artwork, we looked at various paginations and quantities to suit the budget. Once selected, we then managed the production and delivery of the project into Wiltshire Farm Foods.
