What to expect when you apply to become a Webmarteer
We know how it feels to press submit on a job application. Constantly refreshing your emails and crossing your fingers that you’ll get a reply.
To take the stress out of applying, we thought we’d give you a sneak peek at what to expect when you apply for a role at Webmart.
01. apply
The first step on the best journey of your life begins here. Before you hit send, take a moment to double-check you’ve shared everything we need to know.
Update your CV, highlight your best experiences, and give it your all. We’re excited to see you shine!
PS. We anonymise all applications to ensure everyone gets a fair shot.
02. First Interview
See this first interview as a friendly conversation over a virtual brew.
During this interview, we’ll get to know each other better. You can ask us more about the role and team, and we’ll clarify the job expectations to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
03. Second Interview
Time to dive deeper at the second stage interview as you meet some more of our team. This is a chance to show off your skills and see how you align with our wonderful Webmart culture.
If there’s a hiring task, we’ll also discuss it during this session.
04. Feedback
The final stage is for decisions and feedback. After your interviews, we’ll give timely feedback.
We aim to reply in a few days to keep the momentum going as we (hopefully) welcome you to our team.
During your second interview, we’ll let you know when you can expect to hear back from us.
