Outstanding Workplace Award 2026 (that’s 5 in a row!)

It’s because it’s thoroughly independent and anonymous that our annual employee engagement score means so much.

Each year the Webmart team are asked to score how we’re doing – everything from helping with career progression and training to mental health and work/life balance.

Last year’s score was super high and earned us a coveted Outstanding Workplace Award. But this year’s is even higher and puts Webmart in the upper quartile of all organisations surveyed.

Most importantly though, it means we’re doing right by Webmarteers to help them thrive.

Here’s just a few of our initiatives:

✅ Free mental health support

But of course it’s the daily experience of working at Webmart that really makes the difference. Friendly, informal offices full of people who want to work as a force for good in the world.

So here’s to building even further in 26/27 and helping Webmarteers develop and progress in the ways that mean the most to them. It’s only through thriving Webmarteers that Webmart can achieve our goal: Do Good, Be Good.
